Schools in Jharkhand would stay closed for students of courses 9 to 12, because the secondary schooling wing of state schooling and literacy division has not but despatched its proposal for reopening of faculties to the state catastrophe administration division for approval.
The schooling division was earlier planning to reopen the faculties from September 21 for students of courses 9 to 12, who need to seek the advice of academics at college to clear instructional doubts.
Joint secretary of state catastrophe administration division, Manish Tiwary, mentioned, “We have not received any such proposal from the education department till date.”

Secondary schooling director Jatashankar Choudhary mentioned, “We have not taken any such decision regarding reopening of the schools and we have not sent any proposal to the disaster management department in this regard.”
An official of the schooling division mentioned colleges would stay closed until September 30. Any determination in this regard can be taken after assessing all needed factors, he mentioned.
It is to be famous that state schooling and literacy division had sought suggestions from mother and father relating to reopening of faculties and syllabus for students of courses 9 to 12 between August 24 and 31. As many as 25.76% of the mother and father needed colleges to be reopened solely in September, whereas 31.74% expressed willingness that courses be resumed after introduction of Covid-19 vaccine.
