The Uttarakhand High Court has suspended the Uttarkashi chief judicial Justice of the Peace for behaving indecently in an inebriated state and damaging authorities property.
The suspension, which was ordered on Sunday, was issued by the excessive court docket registrar on the advice of Acting Chief Justice Ravi Malimath.
The motion got here after the district collectorate employees had filed a criticism of drunk and indecent behaviour towards CJM Neeraj Kumar.
Mr Kumar had allegedly created a ruckus within the collectorate premises final Friday in an inebriated state and broken his personal official car, in addition to these of the Dunda subdivisional Justice of the Peace and the Bhatwari income officer.
