Deputy Leader of Opposition in Rajasthan Assembly Rajendra Rathore on Tuesday mentioned dropping of the sedition cost from the three Special Operation Group FIRs within the alleged case of horse-trading of the Congress MLAs signifies that the state authorities has been misusing the probe company to suppress the voice of insurgent legislators.

As per the authorized recommendation, no case of sedition was made out within the alleged bid to topple the federal government and the offences pertained to corruption beneath the Prevention of Corruption Act.
