NEW DELHI: The South Eastern Railway (SER) zone has instructed all its DRMs to give up current vacancies of three,681 non-safety posts instantly and provides a compliance report by July 10. The SER zone path got here on Friday, a day after the Railway Board issued a round to all zones to give up 50% vacancies for non-safety associated posts.
Incidentally, the round was despatched to all the DRMs the day the railway ministry’s HR head informed reporters on Friday that there will likely be “rightsizing and not downsizing”. The posts that will likely be surrendered had been created prior to now two years and are but to be stuffed.
