A 17-year-old boy was killed allegedly by his pal after an argument broke out between them over paying for a celebration at a shanty in northwest Delhi, police stated on Tuesday.
The incident befell on Monday evening when the 2 youngsters together with a pal had been having a get-together at one among their shanties in Jahangirpuri, police stated.
Their 22-year-old pal who was witness to the incident instructed the police {that a} quarrel broke out between the sufferer and the suspect over the fee for the occasion, an officer stated.
